New Covenant Presbyterian Church was a church plant of the Independent Presbyterian Church of Savannah, GA, and the Savannah River Presbytery (PCA). Rev. Terry Johnson, Rev. Roland Barnes, and the MNA committee of the Savannah River Presbytery were instrumental in the foundation of New Covenant PCA. New Covenant PCA particularized on May 31, 2015, and continues to thrive as a growing church in the Richmond Hill and greater Savannah area.

Travis Peacock, Ruling Elder, Pastor of Outreach and Discipleship
Travis Peacock took his first call in full-time ministry in 2000 after graduating from Bible college. He has studied under New Covenant's founding pastor since 2011, and has worked on staff at New Covenant PCA since 2012. He is licensed to preach in the Savannah River Presbytery (SRP) and loves spending his time meeting new people and evangelizing. Travis is the current Stated Supply at New Covenant.
He and his wife Danielle have been married since 2014 and live in Richmond Hill.

OUR FOUNDING PASTOR: Rev. Nicholas T. Batzig
In November of 2008, Rev. Nick Batzig accepted the call to be the organizing pastor of the Richmond Hill church plant. Nick and his family moved to Richmond Hill in February 2009 to begin the church plant. New Covenant PCA particularized on May 31, 2015. Nick faithfully served at New Covenant Presbyterian Church as the senior minister through August of 2018. He is an active member of Savannah River Presbytery and currently holds his credentials in the Presbyterian Church in America. His published articles can be viewed at the Christward Collective, Reformation 21, and Tabletalk Magazine.
