New Covenant Presbyterian had their Installation Service on March 17, 2019, with Rev. Tim Foster (Independent Presbyterian Church, Savannah) and Bob Shepherd.
Elders Mark Bowyer, Bobby Wise, and Rob Shepherd were joined by their wives, along with Rev. Tim Foster, and Bob Shepherd and his wife.
